She is the Head of Research and Innovation at Lifeed, a tech company that supports businesses in promoting gender equality, minority inclusion, and the well-being of employees. She is an adjunct professor of Consumer Behavior for the Master's in International Marketing Management at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan. In 2021, she was recognized by Forbes Italy as one of the 100 young people under 30 who are leading the country's future.
